Depression is the UK's most common mental/psychological health problem. Statistically, as many as one in five people will be affected by depression in their lifetime.
Depression is unique to every person who suffers from it. Symptoms range from feeling a bit down to full scale depression where the person feels as though there is no way out of their sadness or circumstances.
